Each Policy provides coverage for
- (1) Cell Phone at any one time for one full calendar.
Coverage will continue for the remainder of the policy period whether you purchase a new phone or purchase a replacement phone after filing a claim.
- Liquid Submersions
- Cracked Screens
- Accidental Damage
- Theft
- Vandalism
- Fire, Flood, Natural Disasters
- Lightning Strikes, Earthquakes, Hurricanes
Each Policy provides coverage for only one (1) cell phone at any one time for one full calendar.
During the policy period, we will cover a loss due to accidental damage, theft, fire, flood, power surge due to lightning or natural disasters, and vandalism to the cell phone you own or have leased -- including corporate issued cell phones entrusted to you, WORLDWIDE, except as excluded in the "Special Provisions" section below.
There is no coverage for mysterious disappearance (unless stolen), mechanical or electrical breakdown, wear or tear, corrosion and rust, nuclear war or government seizure.
Special Provisions
- This policy does not offer coverage for any applications, ringtones, pictures, mp3 files, other data installed on the phone, cases or screen protectors.
- A cell phone in a personally owned automobile is covered, provided that the vehicle was locked at the time of theft and there was visible evidence of forced entry into the vehicle.
