If you are trying to renew or update your policy information and do not remember your password, here are some helpful hints:

• Your password may be your STUDENT'S last name in either all lower or all upper case letters.
• If that doesn’t work, click on “FORGOT PASSWORD” and input your email address. The email address must be the email address that we have on your account.

PLEASE NOTE
From June thru October, it may take up to 6 weeks to process your payment if made by mail. Your policy is in effect 24 hours after the postmark on the envelope you mailed to us. Your canceled check is proof of coverage. Thank you for your patience during our busy season. We appreciate your business!
