K - 12 Education Giveaway Period:

In 2011 Worth Ave. Group will be giving away an Apple iPad 2 for 8 consecutive months to the technology department of the winning school! Each school wanting to participate in the giveaway will need to enter each month for a chance to win.

• March 31st - iPad 2 Winner: Spring-Ford Area School District, PA
• April 30th - iPad 2 Winner: Pine River Area Schools, MI
• May 31st - iPad 2 Winner: The Oakwood School, NC
• June 30th - iPad 2 Winner: MSD Decatur Township Schools, IN
• July 31st - iPad 2 Winner: Ascension Parish School, LA
• August 31st  - iPad 2 Winner: De Soto 73 School District, MO
• September 30th - iPad 2 Winner: Maywood-Melrose Park-Broadview District 89, IL
• October 31st - Future iPad 2 Winner

College Plus Giveaway:

In 2011 Worth Ave. Group will be giving away a $5,000 scholarship to a college/university on August 31st, 2011.  Each college/university wanting to participate in the giveaway will need to enter before August 31st, 2011 for a chance to win.

Winners:

The winning school will be randomly selected on the giveaway dates listed above.  Worth Ave. Group will award the selected school with the prize listed above.  The contact information entered on the giveaway form will be used to contact the winning school.  The iPad selected for the K - 12 education giveaway will be determined by Worth Ave. Group.  Worth Ave. Group will assume all shipping cost to deliver an iPad to the winning school.  Worth Ave. Group will not be held responsible for theft, defects, and human errors including negligence that may result in the failure to award an iPad.

General Rules:

These giveaways are open only to schools whose location resides in the U.S. and its territories.  The giveaway is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to herein, including (without limitation) taxes, are the sole responsibility of winners.  Worth Ave. Group reserves the right to substitute an iPad with a prize of lesser, equal or greater value and/or to terminate, modify or withdraw the K - 12 education giveaway and College Plus giveaway, in whole or in part at any time, without prior notice for any reason including errors, theft, fire, vandalism, technical failure, fraud or other causes beyond Worth Ave. Group’s control which affects the control, delivery and/or outcome of the giveaway.

Privacy:

Information entered on the giveaway form will only be used by Worth Ave. Group and Student Insurance Partners and will not be sold or shared with any outside firms.
