are limited. Please apply online to take advantage of all the
coverage options we make available. However, if you prefer to apply via fax or mail you may download one of the applications below.

Our K-12 laptop insurance policy is for any parent looking to insure their K-12 student's laptop that is either personally owned or one that is school issued.  The K-12 laptop insurance policy is also for K-12 teachers, administrators and staff who need to insure a school issued laptop.  K-12 laptop policies are issued under our affiliate Student Insurance Partners.
