So you're talking to a company on the phone and you're needing their help. The person on the phone tells you that going into the store is all you need and it'll be quick and painless. Seems simple right?
You go into the store to exchange your phone for another one. You were told you had to go into the same store you purchased it from. But when you get there, you find out they don't have what you want. Plus you really didn't have to go this store - any of them would've worked.
This happened to a friend of mine at a major phone carrier. Frustrating, huh?
