Once you have accepted the offer, we can mail empty boxes to the address you have provided. In addition, we can provide shipping labels. You can use these shipping materials to mail the devices to our facility.

Once we receive your devices, we will verify the quantity, make, model, and condition matches the details you provided. Assuming there are no discrepancies, we will start the compensation process.

If you have chosen to receive a check as compensation, payment will be sent within 14 business days of us receiving the delivery of your devices. If you have chosen to receive credit, we will apply this credit toward your next purchase with Worth Ave. Group.
