  • iPhone Policy One iPhone insurance policy will cover one iPhone 5, iPhone 4s, iPhone 4, iPhone 3Gs, or iPhone 3G.

    During the policy period, Worth Ave. Group will cover a loss due to accidental damage, theft, fire, flood, power surge due to lightning or natural disasters, and vandalism to the iPhone you own or have leased -- including corporate issued iPhones entrusted to you, WORLDWIDE, except as excluded in the "Special Provisions" section below.

    There is no coverage for mysterious disappearance (unless stolen), mechanical or electrical breakdown, wear or tear, corrosion and rust, nuclear war or government seizure.
  • iPhone Special Provisions This policy does not offer coverage for any video games, movies, music and/or other data installed or used on the console.

    Gaming system consoles in a personally owned automobile are covered, provided that the vehicle was locked at the time of theft and there was visible evidence of forced entry into the vehicle.
